Warner Brother Movie World is only 2 minutes from Kintail Bed & Breakfast. Catch up with all your favourite stars and heroes from the movies. You can even have lunch with Batman and check out Cat Woman. Kids love all their cartoon stars wandering around amongst the people shaking hands and hugging the “Kids, of all ages”
Believe it or not Wet ‘n’Wild Water World is only 3 minutes from Kintail’s Bed and Breakfast. Why stay anywhere else? you can even walk to the theme parks. Wet n Wild has every type of water slide, whirl pool, down hill water racing. They even have evening movies, where you can watch the movie from heated pools. Get wet go wild at Wet ‘n’ Wild
Sea World is just amazing. You can swim with the dolphins or sharks if you dare. Pirate ship rides, a mono rail takes you around the park. Polar Bear Shore has two baby polar bears playing in a special enclosure. Seal tricks, dolphin shows and a kid theme park as well as swimming pools. The fun never stops at Sea World. Only 15 minutes from Kintail’s Bed & Breakfast.

Gold Coast Australia, is famous for it’s beautiful long sandy surf & swim beaches. The Gold Coast beaches stretch in a sweeping line as far as the eye can see and then beyond
Our beaches are patrolled by world renound surf life savers, patrolling from dawn till dusk in hundreds of locations up and down the entire coast line. Just remember to swim between the red and yellow flags so they can keep a watchful eye on you should you get in trouble.

You can always take it easy and head for the local dam for a spot of fishing or picnics . The Heinz Dam is Gold Coasts drinking water catchment and has been designed for families and fishing and canoeing. The Heinz dam is a short 20 minute drive from your stay at Kintail, through beautiful winding scenery
Coolangatta is at the lower (southern end) of the Gold Coast beaches. It boasts lovely swimming and surf beaches too. Coolangatta is a pleasant 35 minute trip down the M1 motorway
Gold Coast has Whale watching trips out to see these beautiful mammals playing in the warm waters. There is deep sea fishing charters and reef scuba diving, sailing, Jet ski hire, para sailing, kite surfing, Tiger moth biplane trips also available.
The Gold Coast and Hinterland has many wineries and distilleries. Bus tours are available and so to is free tasting’s. Most wineries have a cellar open to the public, so you can plan your own drive tour and spend a lovely day visiting the local grapes. The closest vineyard is at Wongawollan on the way to Mount Tamborine, which is only a 10 minute drive down the road.
Gold Coast has an amazing amount of golf courses, at least 20 courses, most world ranking. Some of our courses were designed by the “shark” Greg Norman himself. Royal Pines hold host to the woman’s pro tour. Your bound to find a course you’ll love. The closest course to Kintail Homestay is only 5 minutes away at Helensvale.
